Our vision
A national learning platform, powered by educators.
To build a National Learning Platform that fosters innovative, collaborative and impactful professional development for educators — driving excellence in teaching and learning.
Our mission
To cultivate a National Community of Educators — built by teachers, for teachers — committed to collaboration, shared growth, and the advancement of professional development through technology, innovation, and peer-driven support.
The story so far
From one conversation to a national movement.
Teachers talking to teachers
TETC began as a simple idea: Nigerian educators sharing what actually works with technology in real classrooms — peer to peer, without gatekeeping. A WhatsApp community became a webinar series. The webinars became a movement.
Proof that teachers show up
Two national conferences, over 2,000 educators in the room and online, and a growing shelf of certification trainings. Each edition raised the bar — and raised the ambition of every teacher who attended.
From integration to impact
In August 2026 the community gathers in Abuja again — now 3,000+ strong, with a dedicated K-12 track, a first-ever Higher Education track, and one question on the table: what does technology actually change for learners?
The EPIC framework
The values that run through everything.
EPIC is not a slogan on a wall. It is how we choose programmes, pick speakers, and welcome every new member.
Empowerment
We equip teachers with tools, training, and confidence to lead innovation in their schools and beyond. When a teacher leaves a TETC session, they leave with something they can use on Monday morning.
Professional Development
We champion continuous growth through meaningful, relevant, and practice-driven learning that supports educators at every stage of their journey — from first posting to headship.
Innovation
We embrace new ideas, technologies, and pedagogies that reimagine what's possible in education — tested by teachers, in real classrooms, before we recommend them to anyone.
Collaboration
We believe in the power of working together. Educators supporting educators creates stronger classrooms and communities — and it is the reason this community exists at all.
